摘要
高碳钢在转炉冶炼过程中"温度、碳和磷"三要素的均衡发展是提高转炉冶炼终点命中率的关键因素,而在现实生产中三者往往难以实现理想控制。文章以天铁热轧板公司180吨转炉在生产实践中的双渣留渣法为例,探讨了如何解决这个难题,同时为双渣留渣操作对干法静电除尘产生的泄爆问题提出了具体的解决措施。有效的提高了高碳钢在转炉冶炼中,终点温度、碳和磷三者的命中率,提高了高碳钢的质量,给企业带来了降本增效的作用。
A balanced development of“temperature,carbon and phosphorus”in the process of high carbon steel converter smelting is the key factor to improve the hit rate of converter smelting end point,while it is difficult to a achieve ideal control of the three elements during production.As taking an example in the worship,the double slag and retention slag used in the Tiantie hot rolled sheet company’s 180t converter,discuss how to solve this problem,at the same time,the paper puts forward some concrete measures to solve the problem of dry electrostatic dust removal explosion impact caused by double slag and retention slag operation.Greatly improves the hit rate of“temperature,carbon and phosphorus”about high carbon steel at the end point of converter smelting.All these improve the quality of high carbon steel,reduce costs and increase benefits for the company.
