邯钢改良森吉米尔法热镀锌机组脱锌原因分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 针对邯钢改良森吉米尔法热镀锌机组生产中存在的问题,介绍了脱锌的概念,指出脱锌的危害。从原料制备、机械设备和工艺控制三个方面分析了脱锌产生的原因,重点分析了冷轧原料表面清洁程度,乳化液残留,冷轧残铁,加热炉冷却段密闭性,加热炉直焰段炉膛温度,炉膛气氛及带钢温度对脱锌的影响。制定了合理的冷轧原料制备工艺控制方案,调整了加热炉冷却段点检频次及点检位置等设备保障措施,并根据煤气热值变化调整空燃比例系数λ,及根据钢种调整带钢加热温度及炉膛温度,取得了较好的效果。 In view of the problems existing in the production of hot dip galvanizing units of hansteel modified Sendzimir process,the concept of zinc removal is introduced,the harm of zinc removal was pointed out.The causes of zinc removal were analyzed from three aspects:raw material preparation,mechanical equipment and process control.The influence of surface cleaning degree of cold rolling material,emulsion residue,cold rolling iron residue,cooling section tightness of heating furnace,furnace temperature in direct flame section of heating furnace,furnace atmosphere and strip temperature on zinc removal was selective analyzed.At the same time,a reasonable process control scheme for cold rolling raw material preparation was developed,The equipment support measures of point inspection frequency and position in cooling section of heating furnace are adjusted,and adjust the proportion coefficientλof air gas according to the change of gas calorific value,and according to the type of steel to adjust the strip heating temperature and furnace temperature,achieved a better effect.
