托索轮组两轮夹板不同工况受力分析

摘要 托压索轮组是索道线路的支承设备,其安全平稳运行对整个索道系统而言至关重要,在不同工况下对夹板的强度要求也不同。文中以某索道线路中使用的两托轮组为例,引入刚架计算,对不同工况下的两轮夹板进行了详细的受力分析,并与有限元计算对比,验证分析的合理性和准确性,为此类结构的设计提供参考。 As a supporting equipment for cableway lines,the safe and smooth operation of riding(pressing)cable pulley sets are of vital importance to the whole cableway system.Requirements on strength for clamping plates varies in different working conditions.Taking the double-wheel clamping plate used in a cableway line as an example,the calculation of rigid frame was introduced to carry out detailed stress analysis on double-wheel clamping plates under different working conditions and the comparison with finite element calculation,verifying the rationality and accuracy of the analysis and providing reference for the design of such structures.
