热交换器复合板用的HF308铝合金扁锭熔铸工艺研究

摘要 在低液位扁锭铸造机上,用电解铝液直接生产汽车热交换器复合板用HF308铝合金扁锭坯料.从设备工装、铝合金特性、产品要求、铸造工艺等方面进行分析和试验研究,主要解决了生产过程中遇到的HF308铝合金化学成分波动大、铸造成型难、扁锭易发生通裂、金属化合物尺寸大等问题.通过多次试验铸造,掌握了该产品成熟的熔炼铸造工艺,能够长时间稳定生产,向用户供货. In the low level ingot casting machine,the blank of HF308 aluminum alloy ingot for automotive heat exchanger composite plate was produced directly with electrolytic aluminum solution.The analysis and experimental research on equipment and tooling,characteristics of aluminum alloy,product requirements,casting process and other aspects were carried out,which mainly solved the problems encountered in the production process,such as large fluctuation of chemical composition of HF308 aluminum alloy,difficulty in casting and forming,ingot full crack and large size of metal compounds.Through many times of test casting,we have mastered the proven casting technology,which keeps production steady for a long time and keeps supply to the users.
