预拉伸对高纯Al-Cu-Mg合金型材组织和性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用室温拉伸试验、剪切试验、晶间腐蚀及透射电子显微镜观察等方法,研究了高纯Al-Cu-Mg合金型材淬火后预拉伸对其组织和性能的影响.研究结果表明:预拉伸处理可以提高高纯Al-Cu-Mg合金型材的强度,随着预拉伸变形量的增加,其屈服强度明显提高,伸长率逐渐降低;剪切强度随预拉伸变形量的增加而逐渐增加;预拉伸变形量对该合金型材晶间腐蚀最大深度的影响不明显;合金中的弥散相绝大部分为含Mn的弥散相,也有少量含Cr的弥散相. The effect of pre-stretching on the microstructure and properties of high purity Al-Cu-Mg alloy profile after quenching was researched by tensile test,shear test,intergranular corrosion test and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that pre-stretching increases the strength of high purity Al-Cu-Mg alloy extruded profile.Yield strength increases obviously,shear strength increases gradually,and elongation decreases gradually with the rising of the pre-stretching deformation.The pre-stretching deformation doesn't play an obvious role in the maximum depth of intergranular corrosion of high purity Al-Cu-Mg alloy profile.Most of the dispersed phases in the alloy are Mn-containing and a few are Cr-containing.
