清末西藏方志中的“兴边”之策

The Strategy of Frontier Revitalizationin the Local Chronicles about Tibet at Late Qing Dynasty

清末西藏方志生成于特殊历史时期,既有对传统方志的继承,又有对近代调查的吸收。针对我国西藏地区“兴边”问题,能够坚持独立思考,从我国西藏实际出发,在来民屯垦、筑路通商、殖产兴业等方面皆有创见,时至今日亦不失其价值。

The local chronicles about Tibet at late Qing Dynasty were compiled in the special time.On one hand,these documents inherited the traditional local chronicles;on the other hand, they absorbed the modern investigation reports.They concentrated on the question of frontier revitalization of Tibet,the reclamation, road-building, development of business and production. The ideological and theoretical value could be also found even today.
