非正式在线学习共同体对教师专业发展影响述评 被引量:2

A Review of the Impact of Informal Online Learning Communities on Teacher's Professional Development

摘要 非正式在线学习共同体为教师提供了终身学习的平台,在教师自愿参与网络学习、讨论教学实践存在的问题、获得同行的情感支持和认可等方面提供了可能,是教师专业化发展的重要途径,受到广大教师的认可。通过对当前非正式在线学习共同体的文献筛查,选择了23篇研究报道进行述评,从研究报道的描述性特征、理论框架、研究方法和研究内容四个维度对拟述评文章分析编码类型进行了界定,并根据研究报道的实际情况对每个维度进行划分,构建了具有四维度二十七要素的DTRR文献分析模型,在该模型基础上,对筛选文章进行分析。 The informal online learning community provides teachers with a platform for lifelong learning.It provides possibilities for teachers to voluntarily participate in online learning,discuss the problems existing in teachi ng practice,and obtain emotional support and recognition from peers.It is an important way for the professional development of teachers,which is recognized by them.In this paper,23 research reports were selected for review through the current literature screening of informal online learning communities.We define the coding types of the articles to be reviewed from four dimensions:descriptive features,theoretical framework,research methods and research contents,and divide each dimension according to the actual situation of research report,and build DTRR document analysis model with 4 dimensions and 27 elements.Based on the model,this paper analyzes the selected articles,discusses the main characteristics,theoretical framework,research methods of the informal online learning comm unity and their main impact on the professional development of teachers.It also makes a further prospect of the research in this field.
