New Trend of Modern Apprenticeship Reform in Germany

德国以双元制为特色的现代学徒制度历史悠久,成为德国职业教育长期繁荣发展的重要因素,被其他国家职业教育所借鉴、吸收。随着时代的发展,其双元制的现代学徒制度需要进一步改革来适应时代的需要,为此德国政府采取了一系列措施对现代学徒制度进行了改革。基于现代学徒制改革的背景,通过分析改革的4个主要内容,总结改革的特点在于保障学徒的权益,立足于发展工业,根植于职业教育传统。

The modern apprenticeship system characterized by dual system in Germany has a long history,which has become an important factor for the long-term prosperity and development of German vocational education,and has been used for reference and absorption by other countries’ vocational education. With the development of the times,the dual system of modern apprenticeship needs further reform to meet the needs of the times. Therefore,the German government has taken a series of measures to reform the modern apprenticeship system. Based on the background of modern apprenticeship reform,through analyzing the four main contents of the reform,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the reform,which is to protect the rights and interests of apprentices,based on the development of industry and rooted in the tradition of vocational education.
