摘要
特殊钢浇注用水口需要抗侵蚀和耐冲蚀,故采用ZrO2质材料。借助于场发射扫描电镜研究了一种用后ZrO2水口的侵蚀行为,尽管渣蚀层厚度很薄,约1~2 mm,经显微结构分析确认包含丰富的结晶现象。
The nozzle for special steel casting shall be resistant to corrosion and erosion,so zirconia-based materials are adopted.The corrosion behavior of a used ZrO2 nozzle was studied by means of field emission scanning electron microscopy.Although the thickness of the slag corrosion layer is very thin,about 1-2 mm,the microstructure analysis confirms that it contains abundant crystallization.
