煅烧温度对粉煤灰制备莫来石闭孔陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:15

Effects of calcination temperature on properties of closed pore mullite ceramics prepared from coal ash

摘要 以粉煤灰和高铝矾土为主要原料,工业碳化硅为发泡剂,五氧化二钒为助熔剂,在1450~1550℃煅烧2 h成功制备了莫来石闭孔陶瓷。研究了煅烧温度对莫来石闭孔陶瓷相组成、显微结构、闭气孔率、显气孔率和常温耐压强度的影响。结果表明:提高煅烧温度利于莫来石闭孔陶瓷的制备;在1550℃保温2 h制备莫来石闭孔陶瓷的性能较优,其闭气孔率、显气孔率和常温耐压强度分别为7.5%、13.2%和265 MPa。 The mullite closed pore ceramics were prepared using fly ash and bauxite as the main raw materials,industrial silicon carbide as the foaming agent,vanadium pentoxide as the flux,firing at 1450-1550℃for 2 h to cut the cost and promote the performance.Effects of the calcination temperature on the phase composition,the microstructure,the closed porosity,the apparent porosity and the cold crushing strength of mullite closed pore ceramics were studied.The results show that increasing the calcination temperature is beneficial to the preparation of mullite closed pore ceramics.The properties of the mullite closed pore ceramics prepared at 1550℃for 2 h are better.The closed porosity,the apparent porosity and the cold crushing strength are 7.5%,13.2%,and 265 MPa,respectively.
