摘要
为了制备异型氮化硅结合碳化硅制品,用Zeta电位测定仪测定了SiC粉、Si粉和SiC-Si复合粉在水中不同pH下的Zeta电位,研究其静电稳定机制;在SiC-Si复合浆料中分别加入相同质量分数(0.10%)的聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠4种分散剂,研究分散剂的加入对SiC-Si复合浆料的Zeta电位和黏度的影响。结果表明,在没有分散剂存在的情况下,当pH为9.3时,SiC-Si分散体系的Zeta电位的绝对值最大,稳定性最好;加入聚丙烯酸钠时,SiC-Si复合浆料的黏度最小。
To prepare special-shaped silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products,the Zeta potential of SiC powder,Si powder and SiC-Si composite powder water solutions with different pH values was determined by a Zeta potential tester to study the electrostatic stabilization mechanism.Four dispersants of the same mass fraction(0.1%),namely sodium polyacrylate,polyvinylpyrrolidone,water glass and sodium hexametaphosphate,were added to the SiC-Si composite slurry to study the effect of the dispersant addition on the Zeta potential and the viscosity of the composite slurry.The results show that without dispersant,when the pH value is 9.3,the absolute value of the Zeta potential of the SiC-Si dispersion system is the largest and the stability is the best;the viscosity of the SiC-Si composite slurry is the smallest when adding sodium polyacrylate.
