摘要
深圳地铁3号线福保—益田区间盾构机因中心回转体与刀盘脱落,导致泡沫和水等碴土改良材料不能输送到刀盘前方,需要开仓进行结构修复,在开仓部位需进行地层加固,以达到满足安全开仓的条件。分析了采用常规地基处理技术对地层加固失败的原因,介绍了一种新的地基加固处理技术,并经过施工实践进行验证,该地基加固处理技术快速、有效、可靠,满足盾构机安全开仓要求。
In the Fubao to Yitian section of Shenzhen Metro Line 3,due to the falling off of the center revolving body and the cutter head,the improved materials such as foams and water can not be transported to the front of the cutter head.It is necessary to open the warehouse for structural repair,and the ground reinforcement is needed in the opening area,so as to meet the requirements for safe opening.This paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of the conventional ground treatment technology in the ground consolidation,introduces a new ground consolidation technology,which is proved by the construction practice to be fast,effective and reliable,and meets the requirements of the safe opening of the shield machine.
