摘要
依托在建隧道工程项目,建立了发热电缆融雪化冰的试验段,进行了不同降雪厚度、外界温度、发热功率等条件下的融雪化冰试验,提出了高寒地区高速公路隧道进出口路面发热电缆系统的优化设计思路以及发热电缆与地热复合融雪化冰技术方案。研究结果表明:该地区最低埋设功率为500W/m2,外界气候条件(尤其是气温)是影响发热电缆融雪化冰效果的主控因素。发热电缆系统的设计还应当考虑风吹雪的因素。
In order to study the optimization design of electrical heating cable system(EHCS),an electric road heating testing section was built.A series of testing were performed under different conditions,including different snow depth,air temperature,heating power.Based on these tests results,optimization design frame of electrical heating cable system(EHCS)was proposed.And a new EHCS conceptual design combined with geotherm was also proposed.The tests results show that 500 W/m2 is the lowest installation power for this research area.The weather conditions(especially air temperature)are the main factors to influence the snow melting effect of EHCS.In the design of EHCS,snow drift should be considered.
