摘要
以广州南沙某基坑工程为依托,采用试桩的方法对广州地区深厚淤泥质软土地层中三轴水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺进行研究。试验中共采用一喷两搅、两喷两搅、两喷四搅、四喷四搅以及两喷两搅结合四喷四搅的喷搅工艺施工三轴水泥土搅拌桩,待搅拌桩施工完成后,对其进行钻芯取样观测及强度检测,以明确各工艺施工效果。观测及检测结果表明:对于广州地区的深厚淤泥质软土地层,在上部淤泥层中采用两喷两搅工艺,在下部黏土层中采用四搅四喷工艺,同时采用针对性的喷浆措施,能有效保证搅拌桩的施工质量。
Based on a foundation excavation in Nansha,Guangzhou,the method of test pile was used to study the reasonable construction technology of triaxial cement-soil mixed piles in deep mucky soft soils layers in Guangzhou.In the test,one-spray two-mixing,two-spray two-mixing,two-spray four-mixing,four-spray four-mixing,and two-spray two-mixing combined four-spray four-mixing were used to construct the triaxial cement soil mixed piles.After the construction of the mixed piles is completed,the core sampling and corresponding strength testing are performed to clarify the effects of each process on the mixed piles.The observation and testing results show that:for the deep silty soft soil layer in Guangzhou area,the two-spray two-mixing process is used in the upper silt layer,the four-spray four-mixing process is used in the lower clay layer,and targeted shotcrete measures are adopted,which can effectively guarantee the construction quality of the mixed piles.
