市政管道施工中既有管线保护技术应用研究

Application Research of Existing Pipeline Protection Construction Technology in Municipal Pipeline Construction

桂畔海水系综合整治工程以新建污水管网为主,项目位于顺德老城区,项目区域内不仅地下既有管线繁多而且地质复杂,给新建管道的施工带来诸多困难,而既有管线迁改将消耗大量的财力和时间资源。施工中通过对既有管道的类型及数据、地质条件、周围环境、拟建管道参数等进行分析、综合考虑,对每种工况下既有管线的保护方法进行了研究,因地制宜制订了专门的既有管线保护方案,保证了工程建设进度,大大减少了工程投资。

The Guipanhai water system comprehensive treatment project which is focus on new sewerage network located in the old urban area of Shunde.There are many underground pipelines and complicated geology in the project area,which brings many difficulties to the construction of new pipelines,and the relocation of existing pipelines will consume a lot of financial resources and time resources.During the construction,through the analysis and comprehensive consideration of the types and data of the existing pipelines,geological conditions,surrounding environment and parameters of the proposed pipelines,the protection methods of the existing pipelines under each working condition were studied,and a special protection scheme of the existing pipelines was formulated according to local conditions.It will guarantee the project construction schedule and greatly reduce the project investment.
