激光在纺织品手工蜡染中的应用

摘要 在传统纺织品手工蜡染中引入激光打标工艺,进行"点蜡"绘花实验。在激光打标软件控制下,通过激光的热作用,将浸蜡织物表面对应部分的蜡质去除,形成可上染的图案,完成蜡染"绘花"工艺。实验优化了激光打标软件基本参数的设置,即Q频、打标功率、打标速度及打标次数。结果表明,优选的打标参数为:1次打标,打标速度1000 mm/s,Q频5 kHz,功率5%;绘花后采用植物靛蓝染料染色工艺,去蜡后得到白底蓝花的蜡染棉织物成品。 In the traditional batik of textile, laser marking technology is introduced to carry out the experiment of "wax spot" painting. Under the control of laser marking software, the wax in the corresponding part of the surface of the wax impregnated fabric was removed by the thermal effect of the laser, and the pattern that could be dyed was formed, and the "flower drawing" process of batik was completed. The basic parameters of laser marking software, such as Q-frequency,marking power, marking speed and times were optimized. The optimal marking parameters were as follows: one time, the marking speed 1000 mm/s, Q-frequency 5kHz, power 5%. After the tracing, the dyeing process with plant indigo dye was adopted, and the finished batik cotton fabric with white background and blue pattern was obtained after wax removal.
