二硫代二吗啉对烯丙基环氧树脂/硫磺体系双固化行为的影响

Effect of 4,4’-dithio dimorpholine on dual-curing behaviour of allyl-based epoxy resin/sulfur system

摘要 采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了二硫代二吗啉(DTDM)对烯丙基环氧树脂/硫磺(DADGEBA/S)体系双固化行为的影响,以及不同DTDM/S配比对DADGEBA/S体系双固化行为的影响,并探讨了DTDM的最佳添加量。另外,还利用T-β外推法探究了DADGEBA/DTDM/S复合体系固化工艺条件。研究结果表明:当m(DADGEBA)∶m(DTDM)∶m(S)=15∶1∶2时,复合体系固化反应速率较快,其最佳固化条件为160℃/1 h、180℃/3 h和220℃/2 h。 The effect of 4,4’-dithio dimorpholine(DTDM)on dual-curing behaviour of diglycidyl ether of 4,4’-diallyl bisphenol A/sulphur(DADGEBA/S)system was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)method.The effect of different DTDM/S ratios on dual-curing behaviour of DADGEBA/S system and the optimal addition of DTDM were also discussed.Moreover,the curing conditions of DADGEBA/DTDM/S composite system were studied by T-βextrapolation method.The research results showed that when m(DADGEBA)∶m(DTDM)∶m(S)=15∶1∶2,the curing rate of composite system was relatively fast,and the optimum curing conditions were 160℃/1 h,180℃/3 h and 220℃/2 h.
