摘要
通过楔子试验对胶接结构的耐久性进行研究,探讨了偶联剂使用与否、固化条件、铝板表面处理方式等因素对试件胶接性能的影响,以获得复合材料胶接修理铝合金结构较理想的表面处理工艺。研究结果表明:采用涂偶联剂、加热加压固化、铝板表面喷砂等工艺可在一定程度上提高胶接结构的强度和耐久性。因此在实际的胶接修理中,建议将金属表面作喷砂处理,涂胶前使用偶联剂,并采用加热加压的固化方式。
The durability of bonded structure was studied by wedge test.The influence of coupling agent,curing condition and surface treatment method of aluminum plate on the bonding performance of test piece was discussed,so as to obtain an ideal surface treatment process for composite bonding repair of aluminum alloy structure.The research results showed that the strength and durability of adhesive bonded structure could be improved to a certain extent by coating coupling agent,heating and pressure curing and sand-blasting on the surface of aluminum plate.Therefore,in the actual bonding repair,it was suggested that the metal surface be sandblasted,coupling agent be used before applying the adhesive,and heating and pressure curing method be adopted.
