摘要
以硅烷改性聚醚树脂为基础聚合物,加入填料、偶联剂、催化剂、增塑剂和阻燃剂制备了阻燃MS密封胶。研究了单一阻燃剂的用量和种类,以及阻燃剂复配比例对MS密封胶力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明:改性氢氧化铝[Al(OH)3]的阻燃效果优于三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)和聚磷酸铵(APP);当改性Al(OH)3用量50份以上时,MS密封胶的阻燃性能可达FV-0级;随着Al(OH)3用量增加,MS密封胶的断裂伸长率不断降低,拉伸强度先增长后降低;Al(OH)3与Sb2O3复配产生协同作用,两者质量比在3∶1~1∶1范围内,总用量40份,即可实现良好的阻燃效果。
The flame-retardant MS sealant was prepared with silane modified polyether resin as base polymer,adding filler,coupling agent,catalyst,plasticizer and flame retardant.The effects of the amount and type of single flame retardant and the compound proportion of flame retardant on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of MS sealant were studied.The research results showed that the flame retardant effect of modified aluminum hydroxide[Al(OH)3]was better than that of antimony trioxide(Sb2O3)and ammonium polyphosphate(APP).When the amount of modified Al(OH)3 was more than 50 phr,the flame retardancy of MS sealant could reach FV-0 level.With the increase of Al(OH)3 content,the elongation at break of MS sealant decreased continuously,and the tensile strength increased first and then decreased.The combination of Al(OH)3 and Sb2O3 caused the synergistic effect.When the mass ratio of Al(OH)3 and Sb2O3 was in the range of 3∶1 to 1∶1 and the total dosage was 40 phr,the excellent flame retardant effect could be achieved.
