摘要
为研究C9石油树脂与红油增塑剂对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)改性沥青的影响,采用5℃延度、针入度指数(PI)、车辙因子(G*/sinδ)指标来评价各沥青的高低温及感温性能,然后将其与基质沥青进行对比分析,并采用红外光谱分析沥青红外吸收峰与性能之间的关系。研究结果表明:加入C9石油树脂可降低SBS改性沥青的低温性能,树脂和增塑剂均可改善SBS改性沥青的温度敏感性及高温性能;SBS改性剂中的聚丁二烯含量是影响沥青低温性能的主要原因,增塑剂和树脂中芳香族化合物可提高沥青的高温性能。
In order to study the influence of C9 petroleum resin and red oil plasticizer on styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)modified asphalt,the high and low temperature and temperature-sensitive performance of modified asphalt were evaluated by indexes of 5℃ductility,penetration index(PI)and rutting factor(G*/sinδ).Then these indexes were compared and analyzed with the base asphalt,and the relationship between the infrared absorption peak and the performance of asphalt was analyzed by infrared spectrum.The research results showed that the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt was reduced by adding C9 petroleum resin,and both resin and plasticizer could improve the temperature sensitivity and high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt.The content of polybutadiene in SBS modifier was the main reason to affect the low temperature performance of asphalt,and the aromatic compounds in plasticizer and resin could improve the high temperature performance of asphalt.
