高强不锈钢绞线网增强ECC约束核心混凝土受压试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 考虑ECC抗拉强度、高强不锈钢绞线配网率及混凝土强度等级的影响,对高强不锈钢绞线网增强ECC约束核心混凝土进行轴心受压试验,探究以上因素对其轴心受压性能的影响规律。结果表明:高强不锈钢绞线网增强ECC能有效约束核心混凝土,约束柱的开裂荷载及峰值荷载较素混凝土均有较大提高,开裂荷载相对提高83%~100%,峰值荷载相对提高24%~42%,并表现出良好的延性和变形能力。基于试验数据绘出的试件荷载-纵向位移曲线显示,约束柱的峰值荷载随ECC抗拉强度和混凝土强度的增大而增大;横向钢绞线配网率主要影响约束柱的延性,随横向钢绞线配网率的增大,下降段的变形能力增大。 Considering the influence of tensile strength of ECC,high-strength stainless steel wire reinforcement ratio and concrete strength,the axial compression testsof core concrete confined with high-strength stainless steel wire and engineered cementitious composite(ECC)are carried out.The test results show that the high-strength stainless steel wire reinforced ECC can restrict the concrete column effectively.Compared with plain concrete column,the cracking load and the peak load of the confined column are greatly improved:the cracking load increases by 83%~100%and the peak load increases by 24%~42%,and confined column shows good ductility and deformation ability.According to the load-longitudinal displacement curves of specimens,it could be found that the peak load of confined columns increase with an increase in tensile strength of ECC or concrete strength.The horizontal stainless steel wire mainly affects the ductility of confined columns,and the deformation capacity of the confined column in the descent stage increases with an increase in reinforcement ratio of horizontal stainless steel wire.
