英国“本硕连读”拔尖创新人才培养的经验与启示——基于精英教育视角

Experience and Enlightenment on the Cultivation of Top Innovative Talents by the Combined Bachelor's and Master's Degree Program in the Unite d Kingdom--Based on the Perspective of Elite Education

创新型国家建设离不开创新型人才培养,而创新型人才培养离不开高校人才培养模式的改革。"本硕连读"创新人才培养是近年来高校人才培养改革的重要实践。分析英国"本硕连读"人才培养,总结其发展经验并结合我国国情,提出打造产学研深度融合的人才培养模式、构建以学科交叉融合为基础的课程体系、完善我国高校导师制以及形成注重培养学生获取知识方法的教学模式等建议,以期完善我国高校"本硕连读"人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,培养高层次、研究型的拔尖创新人才。

The construction of an innovative country cannot be separated from the cultivation of innovative talents,while the cultivation of innovative talents cannot be separated from the reform of talent cultivation mode in colleges and universities.In recent years,the cultivation of innovative talents based on the combined bachelor’s and master’s degree program has been an important practice in the reform of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the UK’s talent training by the combined bachelor’s and master’s degree program,the paper summarizes its development experience.With the combination of our national conditions,some suggestions are put forward,such as building a talent training mode with in-depth integration of industry,education and research,building a curriculum system based on interdisciplinary integration,perfecting the tutorial system in our colleges and universities,and forming a teaching mode focusing on training students to master the methods of acquiring knowledge,so as to perfect the talent training mode based on the combined bachelor’s and master’s degree program in our colleges and universities,and improve the quality of our talents,and cultivate high-level and research-oriented innovative talents.
