机制土坯砖砌体基本力学性能试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on basic mechanical properties of mechanical pressing raw-soil brick masonry

摘要 针对土坯房屋存在安全性能差、材料强度低的缺点,对机制土坯砖的适用灰浆进行了研究.通过对14种灰浆设计的14组42个砌体试件进行通缝抗剪强度试验.针对其中两种黏结性能较好的改性灰浆及土基灰浆制作3组7个砌体试件进行轴心抗压强度试验,分析了砌体试件的破坏特征和试验结果,总结了影响砌体抗剪强度和抗压强度的影响因素.试验结果表明:对机制土坯砖适用灰浆的探索研究效果较佳,当胶粉掺量为水泥质量分数的5%~10%、灰砂比控制1∶4~1∶5、纤维素醚的掺量小于水泥质量分数的0.5%时,机制土坯砖砌体专用灰浆及相应砌筑砌体的各方面性能较好. Aiming at the disadvantages of poor safety performance and low material strength for the raw-soil building,the applicable mortar for mechanical pressing raw-soil bricks was studied.Through the joint shear strength test of 14 groups of 42 masonry specimens designed with 14 kinds of mortar,and the axial compressive strength test of 7 masonry specimens made of three groups of modified mortar and soil-based mortar with better bonding performance,the failure characteristics and test results of masonry specimens were analyzed,and the influencing factors of shear strength and compressive strength of masonry were summarized.Experimental results show that the research effect of the mortar applied to the mechanical pressing raw-soil brick is better.When the content of cement powder is 5%~10%,the ratio of cement to sand is 1∶4~1∶5,and the content of cellulose ether is less than 0.5%of the cement content,the performances of the mortar used for the mechanical pressing raw-soil brick masonry and the corresponding masonry are better.
