摘要
城市轨道交通工程在施工过程中,不可避免地存在质量安全风险问题,因此,城市轨道交通工程的施工必须立足于质量安全风险管理的研究。以合肥地铁四号线淮海大道站施工过程中所存在风险为例,通过对风险源关系的研究,采用控制关键风险源的风险管理方法,进行了风险识别分析、风险评估分级、风险响应和风险控制。研究结果表明,对关键风险源的有效监控和预防,降低了风险发生的可能性,给基坑施工的质量安全提供了保障,也给城市轨道交通工程的风险管理提供了方法和经验。
In the process of urban rail transit construction,there will inevitably be quality and safety risks. Therefore,the construction of urban rail transit projects must be based on the study of quality and safety risk management. In this paper,the risk of the construction of Huaihai Road Station on Hefei metro line four is taken as an example,through the study of the relationship between risk sources. The risk identification method,risk assessment,risk response and risk control are carried out by using the risk management method of controlling the key risk sources. The research results show that the effective monitoring and prevention of the key risk sources can reduce the possibility of risk occurrence,provide guarantee for the quality and safety of foundation pit construction,and also provide methods and experiences for risk management of urban rail transit projects.
