摘要
教学督导与教师专业发展关系密切,共同构成教学质量命运共同体。当前,由于多种原因,教学督导机制僵化,亟待创新。文章通过准确理解督导目标与职能定位、优化队伍结构与素质、创新督导模式、加强精准指导等举措,做细做实教学督导工作,更好满足教师专业发展需求。
Teaching supervision is closely related to the professional development of teachers and they together constitute a community of shared future for teaching quality.This paper analyses the current existing problems in the teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges,such as inaccurate target and function orientation,rigid mechanism,uneven quality of supervisors,single content and means of supervision,and lack of pertinence of supervisory work,which restrict the teachers'professional development and whose mechanism needs to be innovated urgently.Meanwhile,the paper comes up with some measures to innovate the teaching supervision mechanism,including accurately understanding the objectives and functions of supervision,optimizing the structure and quality of the supervisory team,innovating the mode of supervision and strengthening the precise guidance,etc.,with a hope to make the teaching supervision work effective,meet the needs of teachers'professional development and promote the improvement of teaching quality by teachers'professional development.
