竞争情报服务区域科技创新的障碍因素探析

Analysis on the Barriers of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Competitive Intelligence Service Areas

对竞争情报服务区域科技创新的影响探究,旨在为区域科技创新发展提供高质、高效的竞争情报服务。基于前人的研究以及服务能力的影响特点,构建包括信息资源、服务战略、情报服务、服务技术、服务环境等五大影响因素的因素集,通过发放调查问卷及面对面调研问卷,在有效问卷的基础之上利用SPSS20.0软件进行因子分析和统计分析。研究发现竞争情报服务区域科技创新存在较为严重的障碍,影响程度最为突出的是数据采集能力、数据处理能力、人才资源等因素。为此,提出以下两点建议:(1)提高信息技术应用水平,为竞争情报服务提供技术支持,加强对计算机技术和人工智能等高端人才的培养;(2)加大基础资源的投入,为竞争情报服务提供良好平台和服务环境,为竞争情报联动供给服务模式的建设奠定基础。

This paper probes into the influence of regional science and technology innovation of competitive intelligence service, aiming at providing high quality and high efficiency competitive intelligence service for regional science and technology innovation development. Based on previous studies and the impact characteristics of service capacity, the paper builds a set of factors including information resources, service strategy, information service, service technology, service environment, etc., through the distribution of questionnaires and face-to-face survey questionnaires, SPSS20.0 software for factor analysis and statistical analysis is used on the basis of effective questionnaires. The research finds that: there are serious obstacles to technological innovation in the competitive intelligence service area, and the most prominent factors are data collection capabilities, data processing capabilities and human resources. To this end, the following two suggestions are made:(1) Improving the application of information technology, providing technical support for competitive intelligence services, and strengthening the training of high-end talents such as computer technology and artificial intelligence.(2) Increasing the input of basic resources, providing a good platform and service environment for competitive intelligence services, and laying the foundation for the construction of a competitive intelligence linkage supply service model.
