摘要
结合目前的建筑企业信息化转型的大背景聚焦合同管理领域,从大型建筑央企的管理视角和信息化角度对传统合同管理体系的问题和不足展开分析。得出合同管理在信息化转型发展的方向是以实现以合同为线索对项目的全生命周期进行监控、管理、分析,在管理理念、制度、标准、系统四个方向通过信息手段提升为企业的经营决策提供更加智能高效的支撑能力。
Focusing on the field of contract management in the context of information transformation of construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of traditional contract management system from the perspective of management and information of large-scale central construction enterprises.It is concluded that the development direction of contract management in information transformation is to monitor,manage and analyze the whole project cycle from the perspective of contract.Through the contract management informatization in the four directions of management concept,system,standard and system,it provides intelligent and efficient support for the business decision-making of enterprises.
