针对我国农村公路现状及存在的问题进行分析,并基于“四好农村路”的建设理念,论述该理念下农村公路发展目标及规划,由此提出具体的发展策略,以此促进农村公路的运营水平.

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural roads in China,and based on the construction concept of"four good rural roads",discusses the development objectives and planning of rural roads under the concept,and puts forward specific development strategies,so as to promote the operation level of rural roads.
