基于国外某电厂电除尘全过程投运要求的环保形势探讨

摘要 基于国外某电厂在重油点火助燃情况下,对静电除尘器全过程投运的技术可行性、安全性及措施进行探讨及试验,并总结了针对本项目的静电除尘器全过程投运操作方案.试验证明,在初期低于正常电压投运部分电场的方案是可行的,电除尘内部也无明显的挂焦情况,烟囱出口粉尘污染有明显的改善.基于此,对越南市场近年来愈发严格的环保要求及项目执行过程中的新方案及新思路进行了相关探讨. Based on a foreign power plant under the condition of heavy oil ignition and combustion supporting,this paper discusses and tests the technical feasibility,safety and measures of the whole process operation of the electrostatic precipitator,and summarizes the operation scheme of the whole process operation of the electrostatic precipitator for this project.The test results show that it is feasible to put part of the electric field under the normal voltage in the initial stage,there isno obvious coke hanging in the electrostatic precipitator,and the dust pollution at the chimney outlet has been significantly improved.Based on this,the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements of Vietnam market in recent years and the new scheme and new ideas in the process of project implementation are discussed.
