存量背景下小微型人居空间设计研究——以GEORGE RANALLI作品为例

The Exploration of Living Space Design for Extra-small Apartment--Taking GEORGE RANALLI Cases as Examples

居住空间在存量背景下配合城市更新的路径,一是满足需求保证品质的减量建设,二是对老建筑进行非干预式的室内改造以实现功能置换。GEORGERANALLI在多项历史建筑室内改造与小微户型室内设计项目中提供了利用高复合型家具科学组织室内空间的成熟经验。本文以实际项目案例为基础,归纳整理高复合型家具的设计要点与空间组织方法,形成一套指导小微型人居空间设计的科学方法论。从微观入手提出高品质、高效率组织人居空间的设计策略以科学推动存量时代的城市更新进程。

There are two main approaches for residential space to act in concert with Urban Renewal in the Era of Inventory:one is to decrease the amount of construction with demands fulfilled and living quality guaranteed,and the other is to achieve functional replacement for old buildings by nonintrusive interior restoration.Through multiple projects such as interior renovations for historical buildings and interior design for extrasmall apartments,GEORGE RANALLI has proposed a scientific approach to re-organize interior space by using extra-complex furniture.Based on practical cases,this article summarizes the key points and design methods of extra-complex furniture and the approach on how to organize interior space in extra-small apartments by extra-complex furniture,to form a set of scientific methodology to guide the design of small and micro living space.Starting from the micro-level,this thesis puts forward the strategy of high-quality and high-efficiency organization of living space,so as to scientifically promote Urban Renewal in the context of the inventory era.
