辽宁省水资源管理集团所属供水公司用水户分布较为分散,用水集中监控管理困难。文章将以往要人工定期采集统计的贸易结算数据采用自动化的技术手段进行集中采集,构建了集采集、通信、监测、管理于一体的综合信息管理系统,提高了监测的频次,降低了人员劳动强度,节省了用工成本。通过长期系统地分析各个时段的供水信息,为集团科学调配供水提供技术保障,为同类项目建设管理提供参考依据。

The water users of the water supply company affiliated to Liaoning Water Resources Management Group are dispersed relatively,and it is difficult to monitor and manage water use in a centralized way.The trade settlement data that should be collected manually on a regular basis in the past are collected centrally by automatic technical means,and an integrated information management system centralized collection,collection,communication,monitoring and management is built in the paper,thereby improving the monitoring frequency,reducing the labor intensity,and saving the labor cost.Technical support is provided for scientific allocation of water supply of the group and reference basis is provided for construction management of similar projects through long-term and systematic analysis of water supply information in each period.
