一类带有自补充模板的Templator模型的稳定性分析

Analysis on Stability of the Templator Model with a Self-Complementary Template

本文研究齐次Neumann边界条件下带有自补充模板的Templator模型。对于局部系统正常数平衡态的稳定性,利用谱分析方法进行了讨论;对于相应的反应扩散系统,给出了内部平衡态的稳定条件及Turing不稳定性条件。最后,通过数值例子验证了相应的理论结果。

The Templator model with a self-complementary template under the Neumann boundary condition was studied in this paper.The stability of positive equilibrium for the local system was discussed by the method of spectral analysis.As for the corresponding reaction-diffusion system,the conditions of stability and Turing instability of the internal equilibrium were given.Lastly,corresponding theoretical results were verified by several examples.
