摘要
分析了城市轨道交通乘务计划的影响因素,对乘务计划的班组、工作时制和人员配置进行研究。结合实际生产中司机使用效率不均匀的问题进行使用效率优化研究。研究结果表明,配置高峰期专用列车及司机,能够减小城市高峰客流对乘务计划的影响,提高乘务计划的使用效率,优化乘务计划组织。以开车率作为评价指标,可对单线司机和线网司机的使用效率进行评价。基于开车率均衡的原则,可评估各线网的司机配置,并进行司机人员调整。
The influencing factors of crew plan in urban rail transit operation are elaborated,including the teams,working hours and staffing of the crew plan.Problems of the uneven use efficiency of drivers in actual operation are studied from the angle of efficiency optimization,and the results show that adopting the method of allocating special train and driver mode during peak hours can reduce the impact of peak passenger flow on the crew plan,improve its efficiency and optimize the crew plan organization.By setting the driving rate as an evaluation index,the use efficiency of single-line drivers and network drivers can be evaluated.Based on the principle of driving rate balance,the staffing of each line network could be evaluated which is conductive to the adjustment of operation personnel.
