摘要
使用《融合教育学校个别化教育计划实施状况调查问卷》,对北京市海淀区228位融合教育主管领导、资源教师、随班就读教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)大多数融合教育教师对个别化教育计划实施持积极态度,执行情况良好,但在IEP文本制定上面临较多困难;(2)教师接受IEP专业培训显著影响IEP实施情况;(3)IEP实施面临教师专业水平不足、文本制定困难、精力有限和团队配合困难等方面的问题。基于此,本研究建议:明确IEP关键内容,优化IEP文本设计;加强培训和指导,促进教师专业发展;强化校内支持,建立IEP团队合作模式。
Using the Questionnaire on Implementation of Individualized Education Plan(IEP)for inclusive education schools,this study investigated 228 inclusive education leaders,resource teachers,and inclusive education teachers in general schools.The results showed that:1)inclusive education teachers generally had positive attitudes towards IEP implementation,which went on well,but they faced difficulties in the formulation of IEP text;2)IEP training experience had a significant effect on IEP implementation;3)IEP implementation was faced with difficulties including the professional level of teachers,IEP text formulation,limited energy and teamwork.Suggestions include:to clarify the core content of IEP and optimize text design;to strengthen training and guidance and promote teachers’professional development;to strengthen school support and establish the IEP team cooperation mode.
