摘要
为了探讨变革型领导、心理契约和幼儿园教师组织承诺的关系及内在作用机制,以484名幼儿园教师为样本,通过问卷法并运用描述性统计、相关分析和结构方程模型进行调查分析。结果表明:(1)变革型领导、幼儿园教师心理契约和组织承诺的总体水平较高;(2)变革型领导与心理契约有显著正相关,变革型领导和组织承诺有显著正相关,心理契约与组织承诺有显著正相关;(3)心理契约在变革型领导对幼儿园教师组织承诺的影响中起部分中介作用。
Objective:To explore the relationship between transformational leadership,psychological contract and organizational commitment of preschool teachers.Methods:Data of a questionnaire survey on 484 samples of preschool teachers were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation modelling.Results:1)The level of transformational leadership,psychological contract and organizational commitment of preschool teachers was relatively hirgh overall;2)Transformational leadership,psychological contract and organizational commitment were significantly positively correlated with each other;3)Psychological contract played a partial mediating role in the effect of transformational leadership on the organizational commitment of preschool teachers.
