摘要
产业结构调整水平的测度与研判将直接影响经济高质量发展的决策与实施进程。本文运用多变量综合评价方法,从合理化、高级化、国际化、普惠化四个维度对我国31个省份2004~2018年的产业结构调整水平进行测算与评价。研究发现,我国省域产业结构发展水平差异悬殊,但是呈现出省际差异逐年缩小的态势。对标提质增效、创新驱动、绿色低碳、协调共享的经济高质量发展要求,各省市区应在产业结构调整合理化、高级化、国际化、普惠化四个维度方面下功夫。
The measurement and judgment of industrial structure adjustment level will directly affect the decision-making and implementation process of high-quality economic development.This paper uses the multivariate comprehensive evaluation method to calculate and evaluate the level of industrial structure adjustment in China and 31 provinces from 2004 to 2018 from the four dimensions of rationalization,optimization,internationalization and inclusiveness.The study finds that the level of provincial industrial structure development in China is very different,but the inter-provincial difference is shrinking year by year.In order to align with the high-quality economic development requirements standards for improvement of quality and efficiency,innovationdriven,green and low-carbon,coordination and sharing,each province should work hard in the four dimensions of industrial structure adjustment:rationalization,optimization,internationalization and inclusiveness.
