Research on the Influence of Japan’s Financial Development on the Optimization of Regional Industrial Structure

金融发展对区域产业结构优化的促进作用极其重要。本文通过梳理日本已有的金融发展促进区域产业结构优化的历程以及途径,发现金融发展是否能够促进区域产业结构优化取决于金融资源是否与实体产业发展脱节,一旦金融资源"脱实向虚",则除了滋生金融泡沫之外,区域产业优化水平也很难提升。为此,本文的启示在于:金融发展可在全球范围内促进区域产业结构优化调整;应促进金融发展的对外开放循环。此处的"对外",指对国际金融市场开放和对代表先进生产力的实体产业开放。

Obviously It is very important for the financial development to promote the optimization of regional industrial structure.Through sorting out the process and channels of the financial development on the optimization of regional industrial structure in Japan,this paper finds that whether the financial development can promote the optimization of regional industrial structure depends on whether financial resources are divorced from the real industries.Once the financial resources are"from reality to virtual field",the regional industrial optimization is also difficult to upgrade besides the breeding of financial bubbles.In the meantime,two inspirations are drawn:firstly,financial development should promote the optimization and adjustment of regional industrial structure in the global scope;Secondly,we should promote the opening-up cycle of financial development.Among them,"opening to the outside world"refers to opening to the international financial market and to the real industry representing advanced productivity.
