摘要
作为自然界储量第二大的可再生原料,木质素的清洁高效降解和利用亟需解决。与物理和化学方法相比,微生物降解方法因专一性强和环境友好等特点最具发展优势。本文对木质素结构、木质素降解微生物菌株、微生物降解机制及工业应用进行综述,并展望了木质素降解的未来发展趋势,希望为微生物降解木质素及其高效利用提供借鉴和参考。
As the second largest renewable raw material, the efficient degradation and clean utilization of lignin is an urgent problem. Compared with physical and chemical methods, lignin microbial degradation has the most developmental advantages due to its strong specificity and environmental friendliness. In this review, the structure of lignin, microbial strains of lignin degradation, microbial degradation mechanism and its industrial applications are discussed, and the future development trend of lignin degradation is also prospected, which will provide reference for microbial degradation of lignin and its efficient utilization.
