摘要
教育改革已经成为现代医学教育的必然要求与主要特征,需要教学模式、教学内容、教学方法和教学评估全方面的体系化构建。形成性评价(formative assessment, FA)能让教师随时了解学生的学习情况,及时给学生反馈或做出教学调整,以促使学生更好地学习。本文初步构建了一套基于传统考试方式的形成性评价策略,利用定量分析工具发掘期中测评数据,对试卷设置、学员得失分状况、不同专业间学情异同等方面进行了多角度评价,发现学员失分点的分布具有章节特征、临床与非临床专业成绩具有差异等问题。针对这些问题,提出了有针对性的辅导强化、合理分班等解决方案。由此进一步加强形成性评价体系的构建,促进教学改革背景下新教材教学体系建设的完善。
Education reform has become the inevitable requirement and main feature of modern medical education and it requires the comprehensive and systematic construction of teaching mode, teaching content, teaching method and teaching evaluation. The formative assessment can allow teachers to know students’ study at any time, and give feedback to students or make teaching adjustment in a timely manner, so as to promote them to study better. This paper constructs a set of initial formative evaluation strategies based on the traditional examination method;explores mid-term data with the quantitative analysis tool;evaluates setting of examination paper, getting and losing points by students, learning conditions of students with different majors;and finds that the distribution of losing points by students is based on chapters, the examination results of students of clinical medicine major and non-clinical medicine major are different. For these problems, targeted coaching reinforcement, reasonable class grouping and other solutions are proposed, so as to further strengthen the construction of the formative evaluation system, and promote the improvement of the construction of the new teaching material and teaching system under the background of teaching reform.
