摘要
基于系统的观点,对机械原理、机械设计两门课程设计进行整合,形成了机械设计综合课程设计,将机器的原动机、传动装置和执行系统三个基本部分关联起来,在系统中将零件与零件、零件与机构、机构与机构和机构与系统间的联系整合起来,使学生能够从整机和系统的角度,完成产品的系统方案设计、机构设计、结构设计等完整的设计过程,经历整机设计的全过程训练。同时,设计过程中加强了计算机辅助设计与分析软件的应用。教改有利于培养学生的系统综合设计能力、创新设计能力和解决工程实际问题的能力。
Based on system viewpoint,the course exercise of the machinery theory and the course exercise of machine design are integrated into one comprehensive course exercise,which relates motor,transmission device and operating mechanism,and organically relates part and part,part and mechanism,mechanism and mechanism,mechanism and system in a complete system.The students can finish the complete design process of system scheme design,mechanism design and structure design,and experience the whole process of machine design training from the perspective of the whole machine and system.Meanwhile,the application of computer aided design and analysis software are strengthened.It is beneficial to cultivate students’ ability of system comprehensive design,creative design and solving practical engineering problems.
