Improving teaching quality is the core mission of universities,which puts forward higher requirements for teaching supervision.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the teaching supervision work in universities.The concept,content,function and means of teaching supervision need to be changed.This article puts forward a series of measures and suggestions,which has certain guiding significance for the continuous improvement of teaching supervision in universities.
