摘要 以宁波中心大厦超深桩基工程为背景,介绍了邻近地铁的软土地区超深桩基的选型及布桩要求,并基于嵌岩钻孔灌注桩施工工效和质量控制,提出了嵌岩钻孔灌注桩入岩深度优化的原则。从关键控制点及检测方法两方面对超长大直径嵌岩钻孔灌注桩的设计与施工优化方案进行了介绍,以期为类似工程提供参考。 Based on the super deep pile foundation project of Ningbo Center Building, this paper introduces the selection of super deep pile foundation and the requirements of pile arrangement in the soft soil area adjacent to the subway. Based on the construction efficiency and quality control of rock socketed bored pile, the principle of optimizing the depth of rock socketed bored pile is proposed. This paper introduces the design and construction optimization scheme of super long and large diameter rock socketed bored pile from two aspects of key control points and detection methods, in order to provide reference for similar projects.
