摘要
人工挖孔桩桩基涌水往往导致混凝土质量下降,影响工程进度甚至危及周边建筑及人民安全。基于此,介绍一种桩基涌水综合治理技术,即运用大功率深井泵连续抽水排水、多混凝土泵快速灌浆等技术,从而有效缓解并快速排除超大直径人工挖孔桩桩底涌水险情,保证高强混凝土的可持续浇筑,大大降低了水下浇筑混凝土的质量风险。
The water gushing from the pile foundation of manual digging pile often leads to the decline of concrete quality, affects the progress of the project and even threatens the safety of surrounding buildings and people. Based on this problem, this paper introduces a comprehensive treatment technology of water gushing in pile foundation, in other words, the continuous pumping and drainage with high-power deep well pump and fast grouting with multiple concrete pumps and other technologies are applied to effectively alleviate and quickly eliminate the water gushing risk at the bottom of super large diameter manual digging pile, so as to ensure the continuous pouring of high-strength concrete, and greatly reduce the quality risk of underwater concrete pouring.
