“多塔围洞”拱式转换设计及施工关键技术

摘要 为更有效地提高土地利用率,大底盘多塔高位转换结构目前在上海市备受青睐。此类建筑形式在大大丰富建筑功能的同时,也对其抗震性能设计及施工工艺提出了更高的要求。基于此,对同时具备一盘多塔、多塔围洞、拱式转换的工程进行分析,通过选用合理的设计形式及有效的施工措施,使结构在多重超限的情况下,满足规范抗震要求,实现了安全可靠的设计目的。 In order to improve the land use efficiency more effectively, the large chassis and multi tower high-level conversion structure is popular in Shanghai. This kind of building forms not only greatly enrich the building functions, but also put forward higher requirements for its seismic performance design and construction technology. Based on this, this paper analyzes the engineering with one chassis and multi towers, multi tower enclosure tunnel and arch conversion at the same time. By selecting reasonable design forms and effective construction measures, the structure can meet the seismic requirements of the code in case of multiple over-limit, and achieve the safe and reliable design purpose.
