为解决传统楼地面和普通保温楼地面工序多、工艺复杂,易产生空鼓、裂缝、起砂等质量缺陷问题,研发了自流平保温砂浆、自流平抗裂砂浆和专用界面处理剂,形成了一个完整的楼地面保温找平自流平系统。经项目应用,该系统从材料性能方面基本解决了普通保温地坪的各种弊端,且施工简便、机械化程度高,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

In order to solve the problems of the traditi onal floor and the comm on thermal insulatio n floor,such as many processes,complex technology,easy to gen erate hollowi ng,cracks,sand and other quality defects,system comprising self-leveling insulation mortar,self-leveling anti crack mortar and special interface treatment agent was developed.This forms a complete floor insulation leveling self-leveling system.Through the application of the project,the system basically solves all kinds of disadvantages of the com mon thermal insulatio n floor from the aspect of material performance,and has a broad market application prospect with simple construction and high degree of mechanization.
