摘要
多机位同步提升控制是钢柱式整体爬升钢平台模架关键技术之一。以南京金鹰T2塔楼核心筒竖向结构施工为例,从机位实测位移和顶升力数据出发,探寻影响同步性提升控制关键因素,提出进一步提升同步性控制水平的方法,为钢柱式整体爬升钢平台模架的安全使用和推广提供理论支撑。
Multi-machine synchronous lifting control is one of the key technologies of steel column type integral climbing steel platform formwork.Taking the core tube vertical structure construction of Nanjing Golden Eagle T2 tower as an example,starting from the measured displacement and lifting force data of the machine,this paper explores the key factors affecting the synchronous lifting control,and puts forward the method to further improve the synchronous control level,which provides theoretical support for the safe use and promotion of the steel column type integral climbing steel platform formwork.
