老旧高层行政大楼改造方案优选与施工技术研究

Study on Optimization of Renovation Scheme and Construction Technology of Old High-rise Administration Building

结合某高层行政办公楼改造实践,介绍了概念设计阶段结构的规则性调整优化、实施各阶段重点施工技术问题的解决方案,讨论研究了项目施工过程中措施项目的优选比较。同时给出了项目实施过程中脚手架、模板等措施项目的统筹布置原则,为后续综合类改造项目的设计优化以及组织施工提供参考。

Combined with the renovation practice of a high-rise administration office building,this paper introduces the adjustment and optimization of the structural regularity in the conceptual design stage,and the solutions to the key construction technical problems in the implementation stage.This paper also discusses and studies the optimization and comparison of measurement items in the construction process of the project.At the same time,the principle of overall arrangement of scaffold,formwork and other measurement items in the process of project implementation is given,which provides reference for the design optimization and organization construction of the subsequent comprehensive renovation projects.
