方形多平台烟囱高风压下一次滑模施工有限元模拟分析

摘要 为研究一次滑模施工烟囱结构的受力特点,控制烟囱结构的位移,以高风压下某方形变截面多层平台烟囱一次滑模施工为工程案例,利用Abaqus软件对烟囱结构进行施工模拟,分析其在高风压作用下的位移和应力分布,得出了其周期和振型、高风压作用下的位移和应力分布,明确了其受力特点。结果表明,通过在各平台焊接支撑杆可以有效减少结构位移,焊接平台支撑对一次滑模施工烟囱结构的刚度影响较大,为高风压下一次滑模施工提供安全保障。 In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the chimney structure constructed by one-time sliding form and control the displacement of the chimney structure, a practical engineering case of one-time sliding form construction of a square multi-layer platform chimney with variable cross-section under high wind pressure is used to simulate the construction of the chimney structure by using Abaqus software, analyze its displacement and stress distribution under high wind pressure, obtain its period and vibration mode, its displacement and stress distribution under high wind pressure and clarify the characteristics of its stress. The results show that the structural displacement can be effectively reduced by welding the support rod on each platform. The welding platform support has a great influence on the stiffness of the chimney structure in the one-time sliding form construction, which provides a safety guarantee for the one-time sliding form construction under high wind pressure.
