Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Government Investment Project Management in New Development Zone

随着城市化的发展,政府的规划发展重心逐渐转移至各类开发区。对于政府投资项目来说,因其具有投资大、周期长、专业性强等特点,对管理有更严格的要求。因此,针对新开发区的政府项目管理特点、方式和存在的问题进行分析,并且提出了一些切实可行的措施,对于未来提高工程效率、控制成本具有一定的参考价值。

With the development of urbanization, the focus of government planning and development has gradually shifted to all kinds of development zones. For government investment projects, due to its characteristics of large investment, long cycle and strong professionalism, there are more stringent requirements for management. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics, methods and existing problems of the government project management in the new development zone, and puts forward some practical measures, which have certain reference value for improving the project efficiency and controlling the cost in the future.
