According to The Constitution of the Chinese Communist Youth League,the textual changes of the basic requirements for the construction of the Chinese Communist Youth League(CCYL)reflect the historical logic,evolutionary law and practice review of the construction of CCYL.By sorting out the changes of the text of the league constitution,we have found that adhering to the leadership of the Party is the political basis for the construction of CCYL,and helping young people to establish correct ideals and beliefs is the primary task of CCYL.Meanwhile,serving the youth is the lifeline of CCYL,and democratic centralism is the principles of its work.In addition,reform and innovation of CCYL,together with better management of grassroots-level organization is the inevitable mission of CCYL,and comprehensive and strict governance of the country is an important principle for the construction of CCYL.
